Welcome to https://www.teesthatjam.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchase of our products. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Tees That Jam is a sole proprietorship based in Illinois, USA. We offer print-on-demand apparel and related merchandise via this website.

2. Orders & Fulfillment

All products are fulfilled by third-party print providers (Printify) and are made to order.
Once an order is submitted, it is processed immediately and sent to production. Because of the nature of print-on-demand, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout but may vary.

Tees That Jam is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

4. Refunds & Returns Policy

All items in our store are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for issues such as incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preferences.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Misprinted
  • Damaged in shipping
  • The wrong item or size due to a production error

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable items:
Due to the custom nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size
  • Items you no longer want
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refund processing:
Once your issue is confirmed, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank — processing delays are common

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at [email protected].

Returns shipping:
There is no need to return the item unless we specifically request it. Please do not ship returns to the manufacturer or to our address unless instructed.

5. Payments

We accept payments via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.

All payments are processed securely by our payment partners — we do not store your full payment information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and artwork on this site are the property of Tees That Jam or their respective copyright holders. No part of the website may be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tees That Jam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
